Annemarie is truly a professional. Firstly, she brought in suitable buyers quicker than we expected. Once the sale was concluded, we had a few administrative snags, which she went out of her way to resolve, even though some were not hers to manage. When it came to paying for bureaucratic demands by the authorities, she did not hesitate to pay upfront herself. Her knowledge of the system and the many requirements is impressive. However, the biggest compliment that we can pay her, is that the transferring attorney, a great sceptic of estate agents, admitted that she made him reconsider his opinion. He was impressed – a rare achievement and she is certainly the exception. Having to manage this process remotely, an expected challenge at the best of times, was made both trouble-free and extremely efficient. I first dealt with Annemarie in middle 2013 whereby she assisted me with looking for a home to buy in the Durbanville area. During this time, I had an incredible positive experience with her, but unfortunately had to buy my home through an alternative sole mandated agent.
